Essential Information

ENTRY FEES

Adults $45

5km Flyer (1 Adult & 1 Child) $45

Youth (17 and under) $10

PRE REGISTERED ENTRANTS

If you have entered online once you arrive at the school you can head to the hall to collect your race pack and bib.  Our friendly volunteers can answer any questions you have on the day.

ON THE DAY ENTRIES

You can register on the day.  You will need to arrive between 8 - 9am and make sure you have your entry fee (or eftpos card) with you.  Look for the signage for On the day entry.

RACE RULES

  1. Entries are not transferable

  2. You must wear your bib with your race number clearly on your chest

  3. Footwear must always be worn

  4. Follow the sign marked course

  5. Follow directions of course officials

  6. Keep to the left of the road unless otherwise directed

  7. Respect the land - most is private property

  8. Take all rubbish with you

  9. Walkers give way to runners

EVENT SAFETY

  1. If you choose to wear ear pods or headphones we cannot take any responsibility for accidents caused by these.

  2. Participants must adhere to safety rules and event instructions

  3. Please note that no dogs and no bikes are allowed on the course

  4. Buggies may only be used on the 5km and 10.5km courses

  5. Participants must attend the event briefing that takes place Seddon School - see timeline.

FINISH & PRIZE-GIVING

  1. Prizegiving will commence at 12.30.  We will endeavour to wait until all participants are in if possible

  2. You must be present to win major spot prizes.

  3. Minor spot prizes are drawn while runners are on the course.  These are advertised around the school and can be collected once you get in from your race.

  4. Please support our sponsors - they have helped make all of this possible!

FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT

The course ends back at Seddon School where you can have lunch and enjoy live entertainment.  Food, coffee and other non-alcoholic berages will be available to purcahse.​

There are a range of silent auctions, raffles and mystery bags available.

EFTPOS

EFTPOS will be available onsite from 8am. We do have cash out services.

In 2024 we are trialling a ticket system to save you carrying around cash.  Simply purchase tickets with either eftpos or cash and use these to pay at our stalls.
